If you are a new Drama Studio student, or your contact information has recently changed:
1. Fill out the Full Registration Form. 2. Return the full registration form by typing it and returning it via email, or by printing it and returning it to us via direct mail or by coming into the Studio at 41 Oakland Street. 3. Remember to mail in your deposit of $40 to secure your place in your new class. 4. A confirmation of enrollment will be mailed or emailed to you. If you are a returning student whose information hasn't changed: 1. Fill out the Short Registration form on our website. 2. Remember to mail in your deposit of $40 to secure your place in your new class. 3. A confirmation of enrollment will be emailed to you.Refund policy: Students who withdraw from a course fewer than 5 days before the first class will not receive a refund of their deposit. Students who withdraw from a course once it has begun will receieve a refund that is calculated as follows: $40 will be deducted from the total tuition payment and the balance refunded will be pro-rated based on the number of classes they have attended. |
